Okay lets back up a little bit here. What am I on about?
Basically Dexter was out playing on Sofa-Land happy as pie and suddenly he decides that its just not dramatic enough for his royal ham-ness. And he plays dead in my hand.
I mean seriously, all out, oscar winning acting!

He didn’t flinch for long enough for me to get out my phone and snap the picture you see here. That’s true dedication and remarkable acting skills right there!
I have a set of such bizarre hamsters… good job Im blogging about their crazy antics… who else would I ramble on to about their cooky habits! 😛
Can I just point out he’s completely fine in the photo, he just loves the attention 😀

Pets are unbelievably, wonderfully, quirky. Peaches is allergic to a certain make of woodshavings. Before I found out what it was, her breathing was getting worse and worse, it sounded like she was having an asthma attack. The vets thought it may be hay, but thank goodness it wasn’t. Since I changed her back to her old make of shavings, she improved leaps and bounds and is now a fully recovered pig. (I have lots of allergies and intollerances and they say pets are like their owners, or is it the other way around?)
Awwww poor Peaches! Them woodshavings can be pretty dusty – I find myself sniffly when I clean them out and put down all the new sawdust 😛 Awww yay for healthy piggies !! 😀 😀 Hahaha, owners are definitely reflected in their pets 😛 Casper is sleepy, so am I. Dexter is cheeky.. sometimes so am I.. Eve is good as gold.. well you cant win them all eh! 😀 xx
My piggies are so fussy – I wonder where they get that from? If their leafs aren’t green enough then they won’t eat them and if they are unsure about the piggie treats I get them, they will chuck them out of their pots and refuse to eat them. If they are hungry they will bang or sit next to their pot looking up at me for food.
Oooo blimey what fussy eaters! hehe, Saying that my sisters bunny is identical – he wont eat slightly yellow leaves, only the greenest of the green for this bunny and he picks out the brown pellets in his muesli. they end up sprinkled on the floor quite a bit … 😛 Awwww they have got roomservice spot on then 😉 Living that life of luxury 😛

Haha! Koko does this sometimes, mostly when I have her in my hands. I think she hopes I’ll put her down when she plays dead. From little on I’ve trained her to calm down when I hold her and when she’s calm I let her go.
Awwww such a talented rat 😀 It must be quite relaxing for her to calm down before going off exploring 😛 Therapeutic almost :))
